This course is based on the book 10 Ways to Balance Your Brain Chemistry by Cristine Price, M.S., Integrative Mental Health Counselor. The course provides a way to assess the five basic chemicals that determine energy levels, mood, and well-being. It addresses the counterfeits that we use to change our chemistry and then provides real solutions to making natural adjustments. Additional information is provided on detoxification, dietary changes and other ways to balance physiologically.
